Part 135 aircraft management · Austin · San Antonio · Houston

Your jet sits idle 300 hours a year. We fix that.

Business Air places your aircraft on our FAA Part 135 certificate — generating $150,000 to $400,000+ in annual revenue while you retain 100% scheduling priority. No long-term contract. First month's management fee on us.

Still save money.

You don't have to charter your aircraft to benefit from Part 135. Even if you never fly a single paying passenger, our certificate delivers liability protection and cost savings that Part 91 can't match.

  • +  Share flights with friends and family and legally accept reimbursement
  • +  Highest level of liability protection available for private aircraft owners
  • +  Fleet discounts on fuel, insurance, and maintenance lower your cost
  • +  Dedicated owner portal with real-time flight and financial data
  • +  Your existing pilots can stay on — we supplement crew as needed
The process

From first call to first revenue flight.

01

Free revenue projection.

We run the numbers specific to your aircraft type, tail number, and home airport. You see exactly what to expect before committing to anything.

02

Certificate addition.

We manage the FAA conformity inspection, airworthiness documentation, and all paperwork to add your aircraft to our Part 135 certificate.

03

CAMP enrollment.

We cover the cost of enrolling your aircraft in our Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program entirely in month one for new owners.

04

Revenue flights begin.

Your aircraft goes live on our charter marketplace. Most Texas-based aircraft complete their first revenue flight within 30–45 days of signing.

What owners earn

Annual revenue by aircraft type.

Based on realistic Texas charter demand and moderate owner availability. We'll show you a projection specific to your aircraft.

Aircraft typeTypical annual net revenue
Light / midsize jet$95K – $180K
Super midsize$150K – $280K
Challenger 605$180K – $350K
Falcon 900 series$200K – $400K+
Why owners choose us

Performance, not penalties.

No long-term contract.

Owners start with a 90-day trial and stay because the numbers work — not because a contract forces them to.

Full financial transparency.

Monthly reports showing every flight, every dollar of revenue, and every direct operating cost. No surprises on your statement.

We cover CAMP enrollment in month one.

Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program enrollment typically costs $2,000–$5,000 upfront. We absorb it entirely for all new owners.

Local operations. Local team.

We're based in Austin, San Antonio and Houston — not a national chain. Your aircraft manager answers the phone and knows your plane by tail number.

Why Texas-local matters

“The Austin–Houston corridor is one of the highest-density private aviation markets in the country.”

Energy, real estate, and technology drive consistent Texas charter demand 52 weeks a year. A management company that lives and works in this market books more flights — and better ones — than a national operator managing hundreds of aircraft from a central office.

Management FAQ

The questions owners ask first.

Can I keep my existing pilots?

Yes. Your existing pilots join our Part 135 crew program. They'll complete our required standardization training and continue flying your aircraft as normal.

What if I don't want outside charter at all?

That's completely fine. Many of our owners choose Part 135 purely for the liability protection, tax advantages, and fleet discounts — without ever flying a single paying passenger.

How does your management fee work?

We offer both flat-fee and hybrid models. Your personalized revenue projection includes our exact fee structure so you can run the math yourself before signing anything.

Can I sell my aircraft while it's under management?

Yes. An aircraft with current Part 135 status and a documented revenue history is actually more attractive to buyers — it demonstrates the aircraft is airworthy, maintained to a higher standard, and income-producing.
